My name is Tomasz Wit Szeląg and I am a fully certified Attorney-at-Law, entered on the list of Attorneys-at-Law at the Cracow Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law .
I graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in 2015 with a master's degree. In 2018, I obtained a French Master's Degree in Private Law. In the years 2017-2019 I completed my attorney-at-law apprenticeship at the Cracow Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law (which is part of the Krajowa Izba Radców Prawnych - The National Bar Council of Attorneys-at-Law), which I completed when I passed the professional exam with honors.
In my professional work to date, I have gained extensive and interesting professional experience, working as an in-house lawyer in private companies, as well as interning at law firms and cooperating with independent lawyers.
When providing legal services, I try to create a partner relationship with the Client, not only to be a service provider, but also a collaborator with whom you can develop your business and who you can trust.
I am fluent in Polish, French and English. If you have foreign partners, I will certainly be able to help you develop your business or during negotiations. My passion and specialty is helping with business and private matters in France and in Poland. It is made easier for me by the fact that I grew up in France and Poland and French and Polish are both my mother tongues.
